Watch Tower

Watch Tower registers itself as the System Proxy, monitoring all KoC requests and sending everything else through as usual.

It then decodes the KoC requests and uses that information to trigger alerts and send requests back if necessary (but only if you have selected an option that requires sending requests to KoC - such as Auto-Assist).
